3. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices listed on our website or communicated via email include only those services mentioned in the package description.
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or unforeseen changes in hotel/transport rates.
- Any additional services, upgrades, or personal expenses are not included unless specified.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hospitalityexperts123@gmail.com.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our Refund Policy (provided separately).
- Non-refundable components such as flights, special permits, or hotel advance deposits will not be refunded.
- In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or travel bans), refunds will depend on partner policies and actual recoverable amounts.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (ID proof, passport, visa, etc.) before travel.
- Hospitality Experts will not be liable for denial of services due to invalid or missing documents.
- All travelers are advised to carry government-approved identification at all times.
6. Health & Safety
- Travellers must ensure they are medically fit for travel to the chosen destination.
- Hospitality Experts is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or accidents occurring during the trip.
- Any special medical needs or dietary requirements should be informed in advance.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- While we strive to provide quality services, Hospitality Experts acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).
- We are not responsible for service failures, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Conduct During Travel
- Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, culture, and property.
- Any damage to property or misconduct may result in additional charges or cancellation of services without refund.
9. Modifications & Cancellations by Us
- Hospitality Experts reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour/package due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, alternative arrangements of similar value will be offered, or refunds will be processed as per policy.
